Below is a list of answers to most commonly asked questions by fellow chiropractors. Review PCT’s responses and learn why Principled Chiropractic Training can improve your practice today.
1. Why Principled Chiropractic Training? What makes your program different?
Principled Chiropractic Training is the only Chiropractic Coaching Program that is totally different from all the other chiropractic programs. All the other chiropractic coaching programs that are available all teach the same thing. They teach the chiropractor to do an exam, consultation, x-rays, don’t adjust on the 1st visit, and then for the 2nd visit called the R.O.F. or what I call the great sales pitch, attempt to scare them or intimidate them into a program of so called chiropractic corrective care. They teach a “mechanistic” approach in chiropractic, very similar to what all the other health disciplines teach. A mechanical approach to what is ailing the person. These chiropractors are more interested in the so called diagnosing than in just taking care of the person.

2. So if I practice Principled does that mean that I’m just a cash practice? Does that mean that I’t take insurance or P.I. auto accidents?
There is a lot of misunderstanding in the meaning of what it is and isn’t in terms of “Practicing Principled”.
If you are practicing principled you’ll see more patients, you’ll make more money, you’ll have more miracles in your office, and see more insurance patients and more P.I. auto accidents as well.
Practicing Principled means that you acknowledge the power of innate. It means that you recognize the power of innate. It means that when a patient’s symptoms are diminished or gone that you don’t take the credit. Practicing Principled means that you are vitalistic and not mechanistic in your approach to a patient.

4. So how did Dr. Phil start PCT Open Practice® and PCT Coaching Program?
Dr. Phil started to get telephone calls from other chiropractors from all over the country that wanted to visit his Southern California office because of his reputation of seeing 250 plus patient visits a day and all without the use of any staff.
At first Dr. Phil wanted to put together a re-licensing seminar so that he could teach the basic tenets of Principled Chiropractic to the many chiropractors who are practicing a pseudo-form of medicine with a chiropractic license. Dr.Phil could not get the necessary approval needed here in California to get the re-licensing course off the ground because of the pending P.A.C.E. and C.C.E. taking over all re-licensing courses, and not wanting or allowing anything of a Principled Chiropractic nature or anything dealing with Chiropractic Philosophy, so he decided to just start doing trainings and seminars on his own beginning first in the State Of California. What started out to be just California Chiropractors calling him for help and attending his seminars soon started attracting the attention of chiropractors from out of state, and from all over the United States.
After successfully doing seminars for only California Chiropractors, Dr. Phil is now offering his coaching program and seminars to chiropractors all over the country.
It is Dr. Phil’s vision and hope that all chiropractors would want to practice principled. It is Dr. Phil’s passion to see chiropractors who come to him for help to start to grow huge practices, not so much for their own ego or strictly for monetary reasons, but as an outgrowth of wanting to serve the masses.

5. I’ve been to several chiropractic management firms over the years and I was ripped off by the last guru that I hired to help me, why should I trust you?
Again, I have to re-iterate the fact that most, if not all, of the chiropractic management firms are all doing the same old, same old thing. They all teach you to not adjust on the 1st visit, to do an allopathic medical wanna be medical exam, consultation, x-rays, blah, blah, blah, and then do a hard sell R.O.F. on the 2nd visit, and then try to sell them a $4,000 or $5,000 dollar a year so called corrective care plan. If you want to build a large referral practice and take care of families, this "Mechanistic Approach" to Chiropractic is not the way to build the practice of your dreams.
For chiropractors that have been burned in the past by so called chiropractic coaches, I’m sorry that happened to you, but you can’t be so jaded that you are unwilling to take a chance. I’ve met a lot of chiropractors who are now coaching with me and some of these chiropractors have spent thousands of dollars trying to learn the one special thing that would jump start their practice and make them financially successful. You have to give yourself a little credit in that you tried something and maybe on that 1st or 2nd try it didn’t work, or maybe you had limited success, but you tried.
Do you think that I’ve always been successful? Do you think that all successful people were successful right out the gate?. Absolutely no! Remember President Lincoln? He had a few mis steps along the way and then he ended up becoming President. Same thing could happen to you if you keep trying. Don’t give up. No give up.
It’s just like dating. If you’re lucky, you’ve been burned in dating. What? Yes, I said that. Just think for a minute. Do you think that you would have really wanted to marry that girl that you were all hot on in college? Or the girl that you were in love with in high school?. No. What I’m trying to tell you is that if you’ve been burned, get over it. Move on. And just like in dating, it’s the same for other things too. Especially anything doing with Chiropractic Coaching or practice management.
What makes me unique is that I’m in the trenches with you everyday, and I won’t tell you to do things that I wouldn’t do in my office. Everything that I teach or offer you, is what I do in my own office and the offices of other guys who are in our PCT Open Practice® Coaching Program.
I promise you that I will do whatever it takes to get you to where you want to be, no matter what it takes. I will tell you that it’s pretty hard not to be successful in our program, because it’s so darn easy and simple to implement and makes sense. It makes sense to the doctors in our program, and it makes sense for patients who are coming into our program.

6. How do I know that it’s legal to do your program in my state?
Our PCT Open Practice® coaching program is totally 100% legal in any state of the country. I wouldn’t teach you anything that is illegal or not in compliance with any of the state boards.
I promise to not lie, cheat or steal from you. I promise to take care of you no matter what, and to help you build the practice of your dreams.

7. I got a superior medical school education in Chiropractic school and I don’t believe in this innate thing and I don’t believe in the Subluxation model either. Can I still do your program and be successful?
Yes, you probably got a lot of medicine and got taught a lot of other things that you really didn’t need to be a successful chiropractor.
The problem with chiropractic today, is that most chiropractors have gone to one of the 19 chiropractic schools in the country today and got a medical school education, and got very little chiropractic. Out of the 19 chiropractic colleges in the U.S. 18 of them are just like medical schools in that they are teaching a medical school education and not a chiropractic education.
There are a lot of people who have chiropractic degrees, have chiropractic offices but are not practicing chiropractic. Most of these chiropractors are trying to practice medicine with a chiropractic license.
The people who have the most trouble with the concept of innate are chiropractors. This is because they were never taught about innate or subluxation in chiropractic school. This is why you need to come train with PCT and learn about Innate and Subluxation.
